Prior to the confirmation, rumors have been circulating since September that Cristine was pregnant. But in a previous interview with Pep, Cristine's sister Ara Mina said that people assumed her sister was pregnant because she herself was having a baby.






MANILA, Philippines – After months of being mum about the issue, actress Cristine Reyes finally admitted she is having a baby.

"Sa mga Kapamilya po natin, gusto ko pong i-share sa inyong lahat ang isang blessing. I’m having a baby,” she said on the ABS-CBN variety show "ASAP" on Sunday.


"A whole new world is waiting it's mine for the taking, I know I can make it.. Today my life begins," Cristine posted on her official Facebook account before her admission.

Speculations regarding Cristine's pregnancy broke when the actress walked out in a press interview after she was asked if she's carrying a baby.

Cristine is currently in a relationship with Filipino-Persian Ali Khatibi.
