Lyca’s inclusion in the film was proposed by no less than “Praybeyt Benjamin” lead star Vice Ganda, who mentioned it during her appearance on “Gandang Gabi Vice” last Aug. 10. She appeared on the show with fellow “The Voice Kids” finalists Darren Espanto, Juan Karlos Labajo, and Darlene Vibares. The nine-year-old singing champ joins Vice, James “Bimby” Aquino Yap, Jr., “Be Careful with My Heart” star Richard Yap, and “Pure Love” actress Alex Gonzaga in the cast.
